At Simply Golden, we want you to feel confident and cozy in every piece you wear. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to exchange your item for a different size to ensure the perfect fit.
Here’s how it works:
• Exchanges Only: We do not accept returns for refunds. However, you may exchange your item for a different size of the same style.
• Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Availability: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll cover the shipping of your new item back to you.
